It was a great and relaxing experience at this place with fabulous, clean units, a balcony, and a bathroom, along with welcoming staff, and a peaceful atmosphere in the café bar.

The room was large with balcony and bathroom, I felt comfortable there. A good fridge and a freezer were nice.

Clean hotel in a neat building just next door to Playa del Ingles for food as well as the restaurant from early morning to late night. Spotless units with the bathroom, balcony, an ac, and generally very friendly staff. Lots of good food. The pool area is nice too. The check out is late. Perfect and unbeatable location metres from an art museum.

I had a great stay here, everything was perfect, the hotel unit was spacious and the bedroom had air conditioning.

all the people working there was great.we would come back and stay there any time.restaurant was great also.we really enjoyed our stay.everyone was very helpful when u needed something.

Clean comfortable rooms, helpful staff, restaurant on site, walking distance to great pub called Moonlight at Holiday World, free bus to beach everyday. Taxi's cheap to Jumbo e3.00. Cleaners did excellent job sheets and towels changed almost every day. Nice pool although a bit small when complex full during a Spanish Bank Holiday weekend. Free parking nearby if you rent a car. Good value for money.

No air conditioning but at night you could leave doors and windows open however we did get bitten from mosquitos. Also maybe a microwave in kitchen would be nice.

The place was kept quite clean, and the staff were top-notch. the hotel's location was peaceful and just right, tucked away in a calm area. the café bar here was a real hit. 🌿.

The beds in Room 45 are very hard, and on one of them, one of the two boards holding the mattress is broken which caused the bed to sink in the middle and make a lot of noise every time I turned over. I didn't like that most of the chairs in the sun had towels on them by 9am and we had to pull chairs around to get in the sun, all the way around the pool.
